Goose Fried Rice

Serves about 4-5 people

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 oz of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 3 cups of white rice
  • 2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 lbs of marinaded goose

Marinade Recipe

  • 3 lbs of goose
  • 2 Tbs of sugar
  • 1 Tbs of salt
  • 1 Clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 ketchup
  • 2 Tbs of hoisin sauce
  • optional 1 Tbs of dry sherry
