Venison Roast

Ingredients –
(Makes 4-5 servings)

  • 1 venison roast
  • 2 white onions
  • 1 bag of red potatoes
  • 1 bag of long carrots
  • 1 stock of celery
  • can of light beer
  • 1 cup of wine
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano leaves
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of corn starch
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of whole cloves
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
